Taekwon-Do International Ireland announce expansion
Taekwon-Do International Ireland today announced it had reached an agreement with Taekwon-Do Ireland to co-operate as a unified Taekwon-Do Association in Ireland.
This will bring to over 20 the number of clubs operating under the Taekwon-Do International Ireland banner, with clubs all over the country.
Speaking following the announcement, Taekwon-Do International Ambassador to Ireland and Leinster TaeKwon-Do Head Instructor, Tom Thornton (V degree) said that the agreement will strengthen both organisations, and benefit students greatly.
He said: "It's fantastic to see Taekwon-Do International Ireland expand so quickly since our relaunch. With over 20 clubs in every part of the country between ourselves and Taekwon-Do Ireland, it will greatly benefit our students in terms of standard, support and competition going forward.
"We very much welcome the agreement with Taekwon-Do Ireland, and look forward to working closely with them to grow stronger."
